TERMS AND CONDITIONS NORDIC-AMERICAN LIFE SCIENCE CONFERENCE 2017 Types of participation The organizers will review each registration to make sure the right participation type has been selected and can reject a registration if the wrong participation type has been selected. The organizers have the right to decide the correct participation type and to accept or decline a registration. Life Science company with R&D pipeline - USD 400 (Early bird price USD 300 until August 25, 2017) Pharma/Biotech, Diagnostics, Medtech and Digital Health company participation, submit to and browse matchmaking database, online request of one-on-one meeting at event, luncheon, 1 participant. Qualified investors, innovation scouts, and business development executives - Free of charge: Browse matchmaking database, online request of one-on-one meeting at event, luncheon, 1 participant. Academia, public organization / authority - USD 400, submit to and browse matchmaking database, online request of one-on-one meeting at event, luncheon, 1 participant. Business Service Provider – USD 1500 Company participation, possibility to submit to and browse project database, possibility to request meetings online for one-on-one meeting, luncheon, network reception, 1-2 participants. (Contact organizers if more than 1 participant) (Business Service Providers are e.g. consultants, law firms, CRO, CMO etc.) Partnership/sponsorship – Contact organizers. PAYMENT AND INVOICE Payment has to be made in order to finalize the registration and to be visible in the registration system and to get access to online booking of meetings. Payment is made online with a credit card. Payments are handled by the payment service provider Stripe. Swedish VAT of 25% is applicable. All companies are obliged to provide company name, company address and VAT number. Swedish companies will be invoiced with Swedish VAT. EU-companies will be invoiced without VAT (EU reverse charge). All companies that cannot provide a VAT number will be invoiced with Swedish VAT. U.S. companies will be invoiced without Swedish VAT. All private persons will be invoiced with Swedish VAT. A payment receipt will be made available for download in the participant’s account after the payment has been made. CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel your participation please send an email to Ms Jessica Mansourati jessica.mansourati@business-sweden.se Cancellation until October 12: you will receive a refund minus USD 150 administration fee. No presentation fees are refundable after October 12. Cancellation after October 12: No refund will be given. However, a paid registration is transferrable to a replacement from your company. Replacement participant If you want to send a replacement from your company to participate on your behalf, please send an email to Ms. Jessica Mansourati: jessica.mansourati@business-sweden.se with information about who is cancelling, name and title of the replacement including email address and telephone number.
