The Nordic-American Life Science Conference is an investor and partnering conference gathering healthcare technology executives and investors from North America and the Nordic countries - Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. The conference connects promising, innovative healthcare technology companies and Nordic Life Science organizations with investors, external innovation scouts and business developers in the U.S.

The Insights Day on November 13 offers a full day of panel discussions, inspiring presentations, and interactive workshops for the participating Nordic companies, prior to the Partnering Day on November 14. 

The workshops and presentations will include thematic experts in order to provide you with insights on topics relevant to life science companies that want to raise capital, enter partnering and licensing deals and eventually sell their solutions on the U.S. market.

The Partnering Day on November 14 consists of pitches by Nordic Life Science companies, one-on-one meetings with investors as well as high level panel discussions with investors and business development executives.

The Nordic-American Life Science Conference gives both participating Life Science companies and investors the opportunity to hear formal business presentations as well as informal networking in between sessions.

This format will give participants the possibility to ask questions and discuss their thoughts with experts as well as Nordic fellow companies.

Who should attend NALSC 2017?

The conference is open for healthcare technology companies with an R&D pipeline and an interest in partnering or raising capital. Other types of companies, such as service providers, are welcome to join the conference, however, other conditions will apply. The organizers have the right to confirm or decline a registration.

The target audience includes Pharma/Biotech, Diagnostics, Medtech and Digital Health, innovation scouts, business developers and investors.

Early Bird Registration

Early Bird registration will be available until August 25. After that, the regular price of $400 per participant will apply.  

Companies with an R&D pipeline, academia, and government/authority representatives are welcome to register for this participation type.

Investors, Business Development Executives, and Innovation Scouts from larger companies searching for innovation are welcome to attend the conference for free.  
Registrations for this participant type will be confirmed manually by the NALSC-Team

Newark Liberty International Airport

  • Time to venue: 40-50 minutes
  • Estimated taxi price: approximately $75 + tolls
  • The Newark Liberty Airport Express is available from 4 AM to 1 AM. The shuttles leave every 15-30 minutes for midtown Manhattan and every 2 hours to downtown Manhattan. One-way fare is $16, but you can save buy buying round-trip tickets for $28. You can choose to disembark at Grand CentralPort Authority or Penn Station, in addition to midtown hotels. LaGuardia Airport
